Her job is tracking what opens, what closes, and what locals keep going back to, so her picks come from years of following the county's restaurants up close, not from one visit. We asked her for her Top 3 in each category, and these are her answers exactly as she gave them. Where she couldn't pick between two places, we kept the tie instead of forcing a cut.
